When a person is feeling anxious, depressed, angry, stressed, or just not feeling balanced, they most likely need to “ground” themselves. The effects of not feeling grounded can be unpleasant and distracting. Grounding techniques can help you anchor yourself into the present moment. Most people are either worrying about the future or obsessing about the past. Worrying behaviors are emotionally exhausting, can leave a person feeling drained, and can impact your physical health.

In this class you will learn various grounding techniques, which you can then practice on your own as needed. You will learn how to use your senses to ground yourself, you will learn about the power of the breath and how to breath correctly to center and calm yourself, and you will learn how to harness your mind when it is in overdrive. The mind is a powerful tool, so learning how to redirect thoughts is paramount to experiencing inner peace.
